2. Studio Responsibilities

Studios listed on StudioHub are responsible for:

Studio and session safety – ensuring a safe environment for all users
Equipment conditions – maintaining equipment in good working order
Insurance – maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their premises and operations
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

By listing a studio on StudioHub, studio owners confirm they meet these obligations and accept full responsibility for their studio's operations.

3. Platform Liability

StudioHub does not operate, own, or control any studios. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of studios or artists. Disputes arising from bookings should be resolved directly between the parties, with StudioHub available to facilitate where appropriate.
