Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Platform Fee

A platform fee of 7% of the total booking amount is charged at the time of payment. This fee is deducted before funds are transferred to the studio.

2. Payment Timing

Payment is required within 24–48 hours of the studio accepting your booking request. You will receive an email with a secure payment link. If payment is not completed within this time, the booking request may expire.

3. Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable amount

A non-refundable booking fee applies to artist cancellations. This amount is £3 or 5% of the total booking amount, whichever is higher. This fee is retained to cover payment processing costs and platform administration.

Refund amount (artist cancellations)

More than 24 hours before the session: Full refund minus the non-refundable amount.

Less than 24 hours before the session: 50% refund of the total amount.

Refund timing

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Studio Cancellations

If a studio cancels your booking after acceptance, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable amount (you are not penalized for studio cancellations).

5. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a dispute, contact the studio directly via the messaging feature. If unresolved, you may raise a dispute through the platform. Payouts to the studio may be held during dispute resolution.

6. Currency

All payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

7. Payment Processor

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By using this service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
